Description of main activities :

Beschreibung der T？tigkeiten :

• Drafting and reviewing all kinds of contracts both in English and Chinese related to the project
• Managing Project Commercial issues with the authorities, owner and consortium partner, subcontractors
• Propose legal opinion & provide legal consultancy to the project management for execution
• Assistance to Risk management of the project
• Participate in project meeting with the client and subcontractors
• Legal support to the project execution in terms of construction, procurement etc.
• General legal assistance to the Company’s business, if required

• Co-operate with the Company’s contract and risk management for other projects, if required

· Professional experience as legal consultant for international plant engineering & construction projects.

· Language Skills: English, Chinese

· Knowledge and skills of MS Office

· Willing to travel and work on construction site in China
