Responsibilities:

1. 根据项目要求，牵头整个项目的开发，给出项目的整体设计方案，并完成关键零件的设计；

2. 负责开发团队内设计任务的分配，负责团队内设计工作质量和交付期限；

3. 负责与客户之间的技术交流，参加相关技术会议及项目总结会议；

4. 对项目开发阶段的技术变更进行评判及审核，给出满足要求的技术方案并实施更改；

5. 配合客户对工业化阶段出现的产品质量问题进行分析，对由于设计造成的问题给出改进方案并实施。

1. According to the project requirements, be responsible for project development and provide the project's design proposals, and be in charge of the key parts design.

2. Be responsible for the assignment of design tasks and ensure the good quality and delivery on time.

3. Be responsible for the technical exchanges between the clients, participate in relevant technical meetings and project wrap-up meeting.

4. Examine and verify design changes in the phase of project development , and provide desirable technical solutions to be implemented

5. Coordinate with the clients to analyze quality problems of products during the industrialization period, to give the modification proposals for the problems caused by design and ensure implementation.

职位要求：

1. 汽车或机械专业本科学历， 8年以上汽车内外饰设计工作经验，至少有5年以上管理经验；

2. 熟悉塑料产品结构、材料性能、工艺和使用范围；

3. 熟悉内外饰设计开发流程，熟悉汽车内外饰的国内国际标准；

4. 精通产品内外饰零部件设计；

5. 具备管理、分配任务以及协调项目的能力；

6. 精通CATIA V5操作，能够熟练的使用CATIA V5进行产品设计及相关分析；

7. 高度的工作责任感和良好的职业道德以及承受工作压力的能力；

8. 熟悉汽车专业英语，能够使用英语或法语进行技术交流。

9. 外籍工程师须有1-2年在中国的工作背景，熟悉和了解中国文化与国情。

Qualification:

1. Mechanical or automotive engineering Bachelor degree or above. 8 years or above experience in the Automotive Interiors and external part designing,5 years management experience preferred.

2. Be familiar with the design procedure of the foreign automotive interior and external trim components

3. Good knowledge of interior and external trim components’ structure, material property, manufacturing processes and usage etc.

4. Be familiar with domestic and foreign design standards.

5. Good skills of using Catia V. 5 to do design and relevant analysis of products.

6. Good technique and team management ability and great leadership.

7. Excellent coordinate, communication ability, Good sense of responsibility and work ethics, good ability to handle work pressure.

8. Be familiar with automotive English terminology and able to communicate in English or French

9. Foreign engineers must have 1-2 years of working experience in China , Good knowledge and understanding of Chinese culture.
