Responsible for evaluating the financial condition and overall credit worthiness of CNH dealers and project end-users in order to establish appropriate credit limits and collateral requirements that enable dealers and project end-users to order and sell CNH Equipment.

Exposure control by responsible order releasing, accounts reconciliation and collection effort

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements through the Financial Review process of an assigned dealer network on a timely basis according to procedures;
• Prepare a Credit Approval Document (CAD) in order to recommend/approve adequate credit lines, security structure or other risks and mitigation;
• Assign and communicate the credit rating/credit limit/conditions to internal and external stakeholders as appropriate;
• Review/require underlying loan/legal documentation and security filings/collateral on a regular basis to ensure that CNH is adequately secured and in compliance with policy/procedures;
• Provide direction to internal departments as well as external clients regarding questions for dealer financial statements/condition and rationale for assigned credit ratings;
• Involves extensive financial analysis on new business applications including business planning skills, knowledge/review of pro-forma financial statements, evaluation of sell agreements and business valuation methodologies;
• Responsible for proper evaluation of new dealer application requests and ensuring that all loans granted are adequately documented and secured;
• Comply with all Credit Policies and Procedures and corporate Delegation of Authority;
• Order release ,ARs collection, reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required, accounting/finance or business preferred;
• Experience in credit/Finance at least 5 years required;
• Demonstrated solid financial analysis skills required as well as financial statement interpretations;
• Intermediate skills in MS Office products and ERP system; PPT skill is a plus;
• Demonstrated strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Ability to appropriately plan, organize, prioritize and manage work processes;
• Good understanding of laws and regulations pertaining to the lending function is a plus.
• English is a must
