Key Job Responsibilities主要职责：
1. Make annual collection plan based on brand strategy and trend of consumer market. Keep connected on the ultimate market trends. Manage an annual Clipper Design Contest with the top design schools in China.
基于品牌战略和消费者偏好，制订年度图案计划。追踪终端市场趋势。负责在各院校开展设计竞赛。
2. Make new product plan and promotion plan for appointed product category to support sales. Develop all kinds of marketing tools（including posters, displays, packages, and other promotion materials）based on the consideration of customers’ demand and cost control.
制定指定品类的促销计划和新品计划，并负责促销方案和新品上市的执行。基于客户的需求和成本控制，开发各种市场工具（包括海报，展示架，包装和其他促销物品）。
3. Manage design of new collections, package, marketing tools and promotion materials through close communication with HQ and monitor external designers (including clear understanding and expression of the demand, effective control of the quality, schedule and cost, and good presentation to customers and sales team.)
通过与总部以及外部设计人员的紧密联系，管理新图案、新包装、市场工具和促销物料的设计（包括清晰的理解和表达设计需求，有效的控制设计质量、进度和成本，并展示给客户和销售人员）。
4. Follow up new collection and new material/market tool samples through communication with external/internal functions.
通过内部/外部的协调，跟进新图案和各种新物料及市场工具的打样。
5. Develop and maintain website. Promote brand awareness through different kinds of methods in internet. Manage and support e-commerce. Create and manage a community of Clipper fans through the local website and social networks. Develop the social networking means to run promotional activities in internet.
开发并维护品牌及产品网页. 通过不同的渠道在互联网推广品牌知名度。管理并支持网络销售。在网络平台建立品牌粉丝群体，开展促销活动。
6. Other responsibilities appointed by marketing manager.

Qualifications任职资格：
1. University graduate or above degree in Marketing, Designing, or other similar;
本科以上学历，市场营销、平面设计或其他类似专业；
2. 3 + years working experience in marketing/designing related role and a good understanding and knowledge of market movement.
3年以上市场营销/平面设计相关工作经验，理解市场营销相关知识。
3. Strong oral and written communication skills, both Chinese and English.
优秀的口头及书面沟通技巧，包括中文和英文。
4. Skill of design software is priority.
具备平面设计技能者优先。
5. Creative, open, excellent at internet promotion skills. New generation trend follower. Regular user of social network platforms.
