Job responsibilities:

1. Answer incoming requests from customers and distributors (product availability, pricing, standard technical information, shipping lead time, etc) may through telephone, e-mail or website

2. Consolidate elements to make the commercial agreement.

3. Monitor and follow-up projects process marked by sales engineer, prepare relevant documents.

4. Involve partners such as technical support, logistics (product availability) and customer credit functions.

5. Organize or prepare events such as seminar, conference and customer visits. Organize orientation training for Sales and new related team member and team building activity if necessary.

6. Establish sales statistics. Cooperate with sales forces to clarify business marketing for management better understanding.

7. Create and update sales track record in CRM system

8. Prepare Sales catalogues/presentations for sales representative.

9. Be the media between management level and front sales.

10. Does translation work and aid bid documentation, engineering work.

11. Assist manager doing daily administration work for sales department.

12. Other assignments appointed by manager.

Job Requirements:

1. University majored in Human Resource, Administration, Marketing, English, or equivalent in business discipline.

2. Sales background competence or technical knowledge is preferable.

3. Willing to travel frequently and work flexible hours based in Shanghai (preferred).

4. Perfect Mandarin, Good command of English, fluent spoke English (preferred).

5. Computer experience required, experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, project, Photoshop helpful Internet knowledge (must).

6. Strong oral and written communication skills, self-motivation, work hard, quick learning, Results oriented, ability to work in a team environment, competence to work under heavy pressure and meet deadline, analytical and ability to work independently (desired).

7. Working experience in multi-national European/USA Company will be strongly desired.

8. With high flexibility and initiative. Strong communications and good organizations skills. Team player, self-motivated, active, initiative.
