Reports To: Production Manager

SUMMARY

Plans and directs activities concerned with development, application, and directs maintenance of internal and supplier quality systems and quality processes. The Quality Manager communicates corrective actions to the customer, establishes effective containment, and verifies corrective action effectiveness.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods;

Plan the routine maintenance of plant, equipment and machinery and attend breakdowns, diagnose faults and oversee time-critical repairs;

Directing, instructing and supervising maintenance technicians

Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines;

Work with other professionals, such as manufacturing systems engineers and production managers, to improve production facilities, reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns;

Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment;

Play a vital role in the efficiency, development and progress of manufacturing/processing equipments.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

College Graduate with the Major in Mechanical or Mechtronic

Above 3 years experience in the related equipment maintenance field

Good English communication ability in reading & writing

Active attitude, excellent communication and coordination skills

PLC experience more preferred

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Have the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Have the ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public effectively.
