Responsibilities
To manage the team of IT Desktop Operations, Technical Support and vendor consultants for the effective development, implementation and running of new and revised IT systems, the maintenance and support of existing IT systems, and the deployment of third party software, operating system, computer equipment, telecommunication device, banking terminal as well as the tools, standards and procedures with the aim to deliver global and local services optimizing speed, cost, quality and customer service.
- Work with Global IT Helpdesk to provide the professional 1st and 2nd line IT service to end users, properly handle incidents.
- Work with different branch/city to provide hardware support service to banking terminal system national wide
- Supervise (remotely) on-site desktop hardware and application support to end users
- Closely monitor/manage the vendors’ performance and work with them to meet business need.
- Properly handle business requirement, find solution or escalate to related team, and arrange the IT resource to meet business needs
- Work with technology domain owners to ensure system standalized and well controled budget each year.
- Work with group/regional team to implement ITO projects.
- Proactively evaluate existing service and prepare the monthly report to improve the effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years working experience in IT operation, in financial sector definitely as assets.
- Experience in manage Corporate IT Helpdesk
- 2+ years experience of team leader
- Experience vendor management
- Communication in English both verbal and writing
- Experience in remote location for support and staff management
