HAY APAC develops, produce and sales design furniture’s and accessories, HAY’s APAC distribution centre and sales are Asian Headquarter are located in Shanghai. You will become a part of new dedicated team building up HAY in Asia.

Responsibilities:

You will be handling sales to our clients in mainland China,Hongkong and Macon.

You will receive purchase order from our clients, and send out sales order confirmation to clients , and secure that orders are, packed and shipped delivered on time.

You will be handling order planning from HAY’s distribution center and HAY Shanghai shop.

You will give a sales support to clients, you will advise on products variation, types, lead-time, and material selection.

You will be contact to the buying team to secure forecasting and product quaintly planning.

You will be the daily contact to our key clients securing that they will be updated on new product launches.

Requirement

At least 3 years related working experience.

Good customer service mind .

Good written and oral English .

Hard working ,positive attitude and good team player.

Your personal profile:

At the personal level, you are a person with energy, dynamic, and you are able to remain calm, and in control in stressful situations. You are organized and hardworking; you can manage several tasks the same time, you like a busy and hectic environment. You like to give a client a good

What we expect from you?

We expect you to have are experience sales support function. You are fluent in Mandarin and English on a high level, and educationally, you have probably a economic / engineering background. You have results - where there has been a focus on high product quality, and continues improvements. You have flair for giving a good service.
