职责

1, Coordinate with sourcing managers to define incoming inspection plan

与采购经理一起制定进料检验方案

2, Inspect incoming materials according to inspection plans

根据进料检验计划检验来料

3, Complete inspection reports and notify Sourcing/Purchasing and warehouse with the inspection results

出具检验报告，并将检验结果通知采购和仓库

4, Host MRB and RMA meeting for incoming defects and customers field failures, create CAR (8D) and follow up

针对进料不良和客户现场不良召开MRB回议和RMA会议，发出CAR(8D)报告并跟踪。

5, Summarize the inspection results and monitor supplier quality performance

汇总检验结果, 监控供应商质量表现

6, Maintain and calibrate the measuring instruments regularly and keep the record

定期维护、校准测量器具，并保有记录

7, Archive the inspection plans, specs and drawings

对检验计划、规格书和图纸存档

8, Coordinate with sourcing managers for projects implementation, including sample qualification, process audit and sourcing inspection

协助采购经理完成采购项目，包括样品确认，过程审核和检验

9, Evaluate suppliers quality system and develop suppliers

评估供应商质量体系，发展供应商

10, Communicate with suppliers for quality requirements, quality issues and improvement plan

与供应商沟通质量要求，质量问题和改进计划

Qualification

任职资格

1, College or above, majoring in mechanical or engineering

专科及以上学历，机械或工程专业

2, More than 5 years’ experience in measurement and inspection of machine parts

五年以上的机械加工件测量和检验工作经验

3, Solid experience in mechanical parts, especially machine parts, casting parts

在机械加工件和铸件检验方面有实际工作经验，

4, Fully understand drawings and specs

能完全理解图纸和规格书

5, Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO9001 and TS16949

拥有质量体系，如ISO9001和TS16949方面的知识

6, Familiar with Quality management tools such as APQP, PPAP, Problem analysis tools, SPC, MSA, 8D, Control plan , FMEA, etc.

熟悉质量管理工具，如APQP，PPAQ，SPC，MSA，8D，控制计划，FMEA等

7, Experience of supplier quality management is preferred
