职位描述
Job Description
-Oversee all aspect of conference production and project management, such as topic generation, Budget containment, program development, speak invitation, on-site co-ordination
-Research your target market to ensure that the conference meets the needs of the defined market.
-Develop strategic relationships with leading associations, companies and consultants.
-Ensure all project literature and conference documentation meets established standards for appearance and market promotion.
-Oversee the marketing, administration, and PR of your conference product.
-Briefing and Supporting Sales and Operations Departments.
Requirements
-Master Degree or above; ideally in English, Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing
-1-2 years commercial conference companies' working experience.
-Demonstrated analytical research skills and a comprehensive knowledge of current affairs.
-Fluency in both written and spoken English. At least CET 6 , TEM 8 preferred.
-A positive attitude.
-Must be persuasive, determined, hard working and able to work effectively in a team.
-A superb communicator, confident on the telephone and with excellent written skills.
-Proven ability to work to deadline
