job description:
1.Company’s daily cash and bank’s receivable and payable.
2.Collect and sort out employees expense reimbursement monthly.
3.Maintain sales and cost list in excel by manual. make sure the consistency of AP and AR data in SAP.
4.Commercial invoice issue in tax system and report analysis.
5.File all financial documents and bind up vouchers every month.
6.Help to deal with annual domestic audit issue,tax inspection and business affairs from statistic bureau.
7.Organizing original accounting documents and booking all cash payments in SAP system. Relevant database establishing, searching and renewing.
8.Manage company contract.
9.HR information management.(annual leaves and overtime work statistic).
10. Performs duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

professional requirement::
1.college degree in Finance and Accounting.
2. at least two years' working experience relevant to finance.
3. Good English language skills in both oral and written.
4. Good knowledge of common software programs (e.g. Word, Excel) and SAP system is a plus.
