Job Purpose: supplier site quality capability evaluating, new supplier developing, supplier APQP monitoring, supplier PPAP reviewing and approving. Current supplier quality performance improving.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Support purchasing to do the site assessment for the new suppliers or new sites, follow up the supplier’s action plan and give suggestions to sourcing team especially for electric and electronics component suppliers

2. Introduce HVCC Specific Requirements and the applications such as HVCC Supplier Portal, supplier PPAP submission, supplier change request, Supplier Report Card, etc. Coaching the supplier.

3. Support HVCC program developing through following up supplier’s APQP process and to make sure the products can be launched flawlessly on time.

4. Review PPAP documents or on site check the process if necessary, approve the PPAP according to HVCC procedures.

5. Coordinate with HVCC global plants and suppliers to solve quality issues and follow up the supplier’s actions to prevent the reoccurrence through conference call, net meeting or on site review.

6. Plan and execute the supplier improvement plan for the critical suppliers in the previous year to secure HVCC plants production and secure HVCC customers as well.

7. Support purchasing annual Supplier Business Review.

8. Other duties assigned by management.
