Sandvik Mining in Shanghai Jiading is seeking for

PQC Quality Controller

Sandvik Mining, a leading global supplier of equipment and tools, service and

The position would directly report to: Quality Supervisor

Job Purpose:

·Make sure process NCR/DMRs are handled in regulated time with targeted closed requirements.

·Make sure related Preventive actions are done by relevant respective parties such as Suppliers, Sandvik inside parties.

·Make sure process assembling in proper status and comply with related assembling SOP.

Key Performance Area:

·Feedback Quality Issues found in process to suppliers' for improvement and making preventive actions, verify the CPAs feedback from supplier.

·Lead the Investigation, find the solution and fixed of NCR/DMRs found during process together with relevant responsible functions.

·Make in time identification of the failure parts with relevant stickers in case NCR/DMR Parts identified in process.

·Follow up the NCR/DMR whether closed against requested close requirements.

·Make sure supplier come factory in an EHS complied way when making repair/work here in factory.

·Participate in the approval inspection of prototypes/samples to make trial assembling at production and give feedback in time to relevant project leader in case any problem found.

·Follow up the status of new ECN implemented parts and make sure the traceability list is available for tracking for ECN implementation status.

·Handling Stock NCR/DMR Parts in a quick and effective way to make sure no NCR/DMR parts in stock with idle status.

·Handling of other tasks assigned by Quality Supervisor.

Your profile:

·College diploma or above, Major in Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical Graduated from college or above, major in Mechanical engineering, Electric-Mechanical, and with equivalent work experience.

·Above 2 years relevant work experience in related fields with quality inspection and Quality control, preferable from heavy machinery industry.

·Certification of NDT, CMM, CWI, CQI is preferred.

·Use the measured tools such as caliper, hardness meter, CMM Measurement, UT Tester, Inner Diameter caliper.

·Knowledge of Welding Inspection, Visual Inspection and NDT Test.

·Can recognize Machining drawing and Welding drawing.

·Familiar with Inspection Sampling Plan.

·ISO9001:2008 Quality System understanding.

·Basic Quality Tools understanding.

·Basic English level of oral and written.

·ERP system application experience

·Hydraulic and Electrical diagram reading

·Familiar with suppliers' manufacturing process for inspected parts.

·Can use computer with office software of WORD, EXCEL, PPT.

·Familiar with machine assembling process.

·Familiar with machine functions and parameters setup.

·Familiar with PQC procedure.

·Team Spirit, Integrity, self-starter and ready to work under pressure
