Job Description:

• Customer’s window of contact on daily shipment execution, i.e. shipper’s letter of instruction (SLI)
• Customer’s window of contact on any shipment operational issue / complaint
• Feedback to Customer timely on the sequence of events stated in the customer service work process, i.e. tracking up to proof of delivery (POD)
• Handle exemption management including corrective action on any shipment discrepancy
• Customer’s monthly requested report/s
• Issue statement of account to customer
• Issue Government Uniformed Invoice (GUI) to customer
• Timely execution of shipment’s requirement to individual operational units
• Monitoring and ensuring timely feedback from individual operational units with regards to sequence of events as required in a shipment process
• Ensuring correct costing/rating been provided by individual operational units
• Provide report/s of customer’s data and information under the instructions of the individual sales person.
• Timely feedback to individual sales person once any shipment discrepancy including non-payment issues has been detected
• To maintain effective communication for customers’ shipments and other specific requirements
• To liaise with overseas for documentation of processing customers’ shipments, including 3rd party billing shipments
• Work with customer nominated sub-contractor to facilitate customers’ shipments

Requirements:

1. 3Y’s AFR or OFR relevant working experience.
2. Patient, careful and responsible
3. Fluency in English reading and writing (speaking could be preferred)
4. Location: PVG
5. Willing to have OT during weekend.
6. College Degree & above
