化妆品销售经理（Sales Manager）

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Build, develop and execute a successful China sales strategy/plan
Plan brand annual and quarterly sales targets
Develop and build partnerships with premium multi-brand stores, regional distributors & department stores in targeted areas across Mainland China
Responsibility for partner negotiation, product selling & account management
Ongoing communication and support with distribution partners, including the planning of promotional campaigns, new product launches, and assisting partners with brand sales supports to achieve annual targets
Development of detailed sales budgets to secure the annual sales target
Build positive & long-term relationship with key partners
Analyze sales data, partner updates, and competitors' sales campaigns

Qualification & Skills:

More than 3 years experience in color cosmetics sales, and familiar with Chinese color cosmetics sales and marketing
Strong track record and experience in negotiation of daily(promotional) management with distributors, premium multi-brand stores & department stores
Candidates with significant and proven color cosmetics partner resources are preferred, particularly imported or premium cosmetics brand sales experience
Highly motivated, energetic and fun to work with
