Responsibility岗位职责

1. Conduct audit of ISO 9001/14001 Systems , Continuous to improve and maintenance quality management system.组织监测ISO9001/14000体系，不断改进并维护质量管理体系。
2. Establish, maintain and archive all documents control of quality system and all related documents. Strengthen documentation (drawing, standard file, reports, soft tools etc.) management by controlling all departments.建立、维护和执行质保体系及相关文件的控制。通过与所有部门的控制，加强材料管理，如图纸、标准、报告、软件、工具等。
3. Perform internal system, process and product audit according to the plan, organize external/internal audits. Audit verification the effective execution of the QC system.根据计划、组织外部、内部体系、对程序和生产监控的执行。对QC体系的各种监控和有效执行。
4. Develop Project Quality Plan to cover all customer requirements to a level of detail necessary to assure integration within the Project Quality Plan. Prepare ITP and monitor ITP implementation throughout the project cycle.根据项目质量计划，在项目中做有必须的详细整合，以满足客户要求。准备ITP文件，并且在整个项目周期内，根据ITP来执行。
5. Maintain and supervise the QC records of incoming materials and process. Be responsible for providing quality records needed by clients or Third Party.对进料和项目进程维护并做好QC记录。需要按照客户和第三方的要求提供质量记录。
6. Liaise with Engineering groups, Purchasing, Inspection and customer to ensure customer spec requirements are integrated into the Engineering and Vendor data documents of supplied products.与项目部、采购部、检验和客户保持良好关系，以保证将客户的要求与项目部衔接好，并按要求提供供应商数据资料。
7. Be responsible for supervising the shop quality inspectors and self-checkers inspecting according to criterion , solve the technical issues in implementation in time.需要根据标准，监督管理车间的检验员和自身检验，按时解决执行上的技术问题。
8. Assist quality manager to take quality improvements.协助质保经理对质量进行改善。
9. Be responsible for the internal training of all company employee related to ISO knowledge.根据ISO的相关知识提供公司员工内部培训。
10. Jobs related quality management.其它相关质量管理的工作内容。

Requirements岗位要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical machinery, metal material science , Mechanical (or relevant). Appropriate background and work experience in any of oil, gas, petrochemical, power generation, refinery, mining equipment, structural steel, shipping or process industries.学士学位及以上文凭，化工机械、金属材料、机械相关专业。有油品、气体、石油化工、炼油厂、冶炼、矿山机械、结构件或过程工业相关专业文凭2. Have experience with good QS9000/ISO9001 knowledges, QMS Internal Auditor is preferred (ISO 14001 and ISO 9001, etc.).有QS9000/ISO9001的良好知识经验，如果有ISO14001、ISO9001等内审员资格者佳。
3. Must have 3+ years and above working experience in quality control and quality system,sound manufacturing knowledge in any of pressure vessels/structure steel/piping and fittings. Familiar with local and international material Codes, such as ASME/ASTM,GB,EN etc.It is preferable that applicants would have additional qualifications for welding, NDT qualifications.必须有3年以上质量管理、质量体系工作经验，有压力容器、结构件、管道、管件等制造知识。熟悉国际材料规范，如ASME/ASTM, GB, EN等。如果应聘者有焊接资质或无损检测资质者更佳。
4. Familiar with various office software, engineering drawing and Auto CAD, can read and interpret related standard, specification or code in English .To write or translate related technical and procedure documentation.熟练应用OFFICE办公软件、工程图纸和CAD软件，能理解阅读相关英文版标准、规范。能制作或翻译相应技术和程序文件
5. Ability to work independently and excellent team-work spirit.有独立开展工作的能力，有优秀的团队合作精神。
6. Excellent communication skill and good influence on all departments in company.极佳的沟通能力和处理人际关系的能力。
