OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

This position is front-line contact and the person is responsible for handling client’s requirements, preparing reports, quotations, and handling client’s complaints and requests, as well as any duties as assigned by the Strategic Account Manager.


PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Handle client’s enquires and follow up their requirements, including quotations, freight arrangements, package, delivery & storage
· Check inventory, bar code, label, quality and delivery schedule as per client’s request
· Deal with client’s complaint (if any), investigate root cause and advise any preventive actions. Collect required information for insurance claim
· Prepare monthly report as per requirement
· Coordinate the communication among different departments internally, e.g. freight operations, warehouse, procurement and with external parties, e.g. vendors & subcontractors

REQUIREMENT:

· Higher diploma or above with 5 years’ relevant experience in freight forwarding and logistics/supply chain industries
· Experience to handle Global / Regional Strategic Accounts is an absolute advantage
· Knowledge in contract logistics would be an added advantage
· Good analytical skills
· Proficient in MS office
· Hard working, responsible, good team player and can work under pressure
· Good communication skills in email, phone, and interpersonal relationship
· Good communication in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
