OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This position is responsible to manage assigned strategic customers and to develop new strategic customers.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop, manage and support the assigned strategic customers.
· Work with Account Owners / Executive Sponsors in maintaining, improving and developing each customers' supply chain
· Regular contact with clients to maintain & develop business relationships and identify additional business, penetrate into client's organization to establish contact with key logistics decision makers and influencers
· Establish monitor Operational KPIs and the quality of data integrity
· Drive continuous process improvement, proactively and continuously find new ways of improving service levels and efficiencies in the day- to-day operations and drive the same across all origins
· Identify new business opportunities within designated accounts. Support and/or take the lead in project implementation, including but not limited to: SOP creation and maintenance, monitoring operational compliance and system usage / integrity
· Develop and implement Logistics Solutions with all origins and clients, identify and execute tactics designed to solve specified operational problems of clients
· Work with the network to develop new strategic customers.

REQUIREMENT:

· University graduate with minimum 8 years’ experience in freight forwarding and logistics/supply chain industries
· Experience to handle Global / Regional Strategic Accounts is an absolute advantage
· Knowledge in contract logistics would be an added advantage
· Strong analytical and project management skills
· Proficient in MS office
· Business travel is required occasionally
· Self-starter, responsible, good communicator and a team player with good leadership skills
· Excellent communication in spoken and written English and Mandarin
