岗位职责：

1、依照公司计划，按要求完成各项业务指标
2、负责进出口代理业务的开发、跟进和管理
3、深度挖掘重点客户的潜在需求，为客户提供满意的解决方案
4、负责客户询盘、报价、商务谈判、合同签订、收款、催款等工作与客户进行进出口售前及售后沟通事宜
5、定期提交代理业务的销售进度及各类总结报告
6、完成上级领导交待的其他工作事项

职位要求：
1、大专学历以上,熟悉外贸进出口流程
2、有一定的销售技巧，吃苦耐劳，乐于学习，勇于挑战 ，富有团队协作精神
3、熟悉进出口业务的流程与各个环节的内容
4、具备独立开发客户的能力，客户维护，协调客户后期服务过程中出现的问题
5、头脑灵活，性格外向，具有较强的沟通能力和语言能力
6、有进取心和团队协作精神，工作认真，抗压性强，心态稳定，有良好的职业规划，愿意与公司一起成长。
7、有客户资源和业务资源者优先考虑/或有其他行业销售经验

Responsibility:
1、According to our company’s plan, achieve every goal as required.
2、Responsible for the developing, following-up and management of export & import agency business
3、Excavate deeply of the potential needs of important clients. Provide clients with satisfied solutions
4、Responsible for handling the enquiry, quotation, negotiation, sign contract, collect payment, etc. And provide good communication to the clients pre- or after sale.
5、Report to the leadership of the progress of current business and hand in different kinds of reports regularly
6、Other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirement:
1、College degree or above, familiar with import & export process
2、Have certain sales skills, hardworking, eager to learn, have courage to challenge and Good team cooperation spirit
3、Familiar with the procedure and every link of import & export business
4、Have strong ability to develop and maintain clients independently, coordinate with the problems which may happen during the later stage
5、Smart, outgoing, have strong ability in communication and languages
6、Rich of enterprising and teamwork spirit, to work conscientiously and adjust oneself when facing pressure. Ones with stable mentality, and a clear career planning who willing to achive with the company is prefered
7、Have client resources and business resources, or sales experience in other industries is preferred
