Main mission
Administration and paperwork support for Sales team in the assigned region
Main Responsibilities
- Accounts Profile
Keep track of and update accounts profile on time
Maintain accounts database with the assigned region
Filing of Accounts files, contracts, promotion application etc
- Sales figures
Assist National Sales Administration Executive for sales figures consolidation and analysis Process and maintain sales database within the assigned region
- Paperwork
Assist sales team for paperwork, including proposal, presentation, contract etc.
Assist sales team for other relevant support
- Warehouse management
- Other work assigned by National Sales Manager, National Sales Administration Executive and Regional Sales Manager
Experience & Qualification
-Strong sense of responsibility
-Detail-oriented
-Integrity
-College and above
-1 year and above working experience in related field, preferable gained in FMCG company
-Good command of MS Office (Excel, PPT)
-Capability of English communication in both written and oral
-Knowledge of Database will be a plus
