JOB OBJECTIVES:
Prepare the monthly financial report and proper analysis and follow up the improvement/changes with business controlling. Prepare the project controlling report and monitor/improve on the variance.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Reporting

• Prepare the ICTP etc and contract management


• Prepare the site management report


• Prepare the site Forecast


• Prepare the site AR/inventory report


• Prepare the CAPEX follow report


• Prepare site KPI for the Quality report


• Prepare the site monthly report

2. Project and system support:

• Improve the accounting procedures and check the issue log to ensure the proper errors prevention with Service platform.


• Support the New Project in TPU expansion and Cellasto investment.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor/Master Degree majoring in Accounting or Finance;
Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in foreign company;
Technical and Professional Knowledge:
· Professional knowledge in accounting, finance;
· Good oral and written English, communication skills;
· Proficient with MS packages(Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint) needed to analyze and report data;
· Knowledge of ERP system, SAP is preferred;
· Motivated to achieve increased responsibility, meet deadlines, and processing both the ability and commitment to work effectively;
· Have strong teamwork spirit;
· Comprehensive understanding for the Manufacture;
· Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
