主要职责：
1. 负责二级供货商加工制造整个过程中的质量控制，检查审核产品的质量控制计划的制定、变更和执行，以及相应的检具规划
2. 负责二级供货商新产品试制过程中的问题记录、解决方案 和改善追踪
3. 负责新产品试制中的检验确认和批量生产中的抽样检查确认
4. 客户投诉的处理，相关的质量信息、数据的收集与整理，纠正措施的追踪与执行
5. 现场质量控制与质量问题处理，传递质量要求并培训相关员工
6. 协助供货商制定各种检验标准并检查监督检验人员执行
7. 协助客户对供货商进行质量体系对生产过程的审核，必要时对供货商进行过程再审核

任职资格：
1. 机械工程/模具学士及以上学历
2. 至少三年供应商质量管理经验，有塑料加工检验经验者优先考虑
3. 有一定英语书写和交流能力，会德语者优先
4. 具备机械测量知识，熟练使用各种检具
5. 熟悉质量体系（ISO9001内审员）、精益生产、制造过程控制、六西格玛方法论、几何标注和公差配合、根本原因的纠正预防
6. 严谨细心，责任心强，善于沟通，能承受工作压力，有良好的团队合作精神
7. 能够长期驻厂（苏州/松江）工作
