1. 公司日常行政管理的运作；
2. 负责公司的档案管理及各类文件、资料的鉴定及统计管理工作；
3. 协助行政经理对各项行政事务的安排及执行；
4.上级安排的其他任务。

任职资格：
1. 全日制大专及以上学历；
2. 良好英语书写及交流能力，会德语者优先；
3. 熟练掌握办公软件，特别是EXCEL；
4. 工作积极主动、认真细致、有责任心.
5. 有亲和力，善于与人沟通，有良好的团队合作精神。
