Wise Wings, a European HRM Consulting company, with 8 years of experience in China. We have developed a new approach to match candidates and companies. This Wise Wings methodology is integrated in our services for Recruitment & Executive Search, Selection & Assessment/Development Centers, Talent Development and HR Consultancy. Wise Wings focuses on middle- and executive management positions for vacancies with foreign companies in China.
For our search division we are recruiting a Sales Manager (in-house & free-lance), with potential to grow the business and career, supported by Wise Wings approach:
Job description:
- You are the key person to mainly drive the Sales and support Marketing of the company.
- Set up Sales plan and actions in line with our services.
- Prospecting, sourcing, making and maintaining contact and sales calls with new customers.
- Actively contact prospects, clients and built up a network with HR managers.
- Support in house sales workshops together with the team.
- Assure client satisfaction and future assignments; maintain a long-lasting relationship.
- Report directly to the Founder, who is a European with long & in-depth Chinese working experience.
Profile:
- - You are Chinese/Mandarin speaking, with bachelor/master degree (majored in Marketing is a plus)
- - You are sales-driven and have track record in sales in HR service industry.
- - You have 5 years experience in Sales in headhunting, assessment & training – coaching and HR consultancy.
- - Result-driven to meet the Sales targets.
- - Excellent in English & Mandarin language, both spoken & written (foreign candidates welcome)
- - You will get in house training for all provided services, support of the team/Founder.
- - You have the feeling and skills how to deal with candidates, colleagues & clients and driven to learn the Wise Wings methodology.
- - You work with passion from your heart and have inner motivation to create the best for everyone.
- - You are open, curious and driven to learn the Wise Wings methodology, we will support you!
