工作职责描述:
编写软件产品手册及售前售后方案,与工程部门、售前售后服务部门和产品部门人员沟通,理解运软公司的软件产品和服务。兼负责编写产品销售单张,产品数据。


任职基本要求:
1.国内外著名大学计算机科学、中文系、外文系或相关科系毕业,具有硕士学位。
2.三年以上计算机软件手册写作经验,能够理解云计算底层科技。
3.善于逻辑思维和写作,与工程、售前售后、产品部门沟通良好;并能撰写售前售后方案及其他市场宣传文件。

优选要求:
1.以具有计算机软件写作经验者为优先,包括任何软件手册标准写作习惯和方法。
2.以理解云计算、软件虚拟化技术为优先,并对当代IT、网络及机房新技术有所涉猎。
3.以曾撰写过云计算、软件虚拟化市场文件者为优先。
4.以具有英文写作能力者为优先。

Responsibilities:
Communicate with people in departments of engineering, pre-sale &post-sale and product to understand Transoft software product and service. Write software product manuals. Also take responsibilities to write sales brochures, data sheets, and other advertising materials.


Qualifications:
1.Candidate must hold a Master degree from a well-known domestic or foreign university, majoring in Computer Science, Chinese or English literature.
2.He or she must have 3 years of writing software manuals, is able to understand low-level cloud computing technology, is good at logic thinking and writing. 3.Communicate well with people in engineering, pre-sale,post-sale and product departments.


Additional Requirements:
1.Have experience in software manual writing, including any software standard and conventional writing methods;
2.Understand cloud computing, software virtualization technology, and familiar with contemporary IT, networking, and data center trend;
3.Wrote before software manual in the area of cloud computing / software virtualization;
4.Possess capability of English writing.
