Duties and Responsibilities职责:

负责来料产品的检验规范的制定

Take the
responsibility building up incoming inspection plan

负责供应商问题的投诉建立以及跟踪关闭

Take the
responsibility for building supplier complaint, following and close.

月度统计供应商绩效（投诉数量、PPM、供应商索赔等）分析

Monthly supplier
performance analysis

负责建立计量器具总台帐并及时更新；

Establish and
update gages log in company level (including sensors’ summary)

建立自制、专用检具总台帐并及时更新；

Establish and
update special gages log;

建立样品台帐并及时更新；

Establish and
update sample log

制定年度计量器具检定计划；

Make a plan for
gages and sensor calibration and implement as schedule

制定年度自制专用检具检定计划；

Make a plan for
special gages calibration and implement as schedule

负责计量器具的送检确保所有计量器具在有效期内工作；

Communicate
with 3rd.party calibration company to implement calibration procedure in order
to make overall gages can be used in period of validation

To special
gages, implement calibration as relative calibration documents (maybe from gage
supplier) in order to make overall special gages can be used in period of
validation;

负责计量器具的日常管理，包括领用、发放、归还等的记录；

Take the
responsibility for gages daily management including borrowing application,
returning record, etc.

对长时间不使用的检具提出停用或封存申请；

To paste “Stop
to use” label if any gages haven’t been used for a long time or find any gages
have any problems.

对不能使用的检具提出报废申请；

Submit “scrap
application” if any gages can’t be used for ever

负责新检具的采购申请；

Fill in PR if
find any gages failed after using a long time in production process

新检具到公司后，负责验收、入库等工作；

Take the
responsibility for validation and enter into warehouse after new gages received

负责自制、专用检具的验收工作；

Take the
responsibility for validation and enter into warehouse after special gages
received

制订计量器具、检具的年度维护计划并实施；
