职位：运营店长（洗护化妆品类目）

岗位要求：
1.运营和管理公司旗下淘宝店铺，为销售额、利润、用户数等重要指标负责人；
2.文案功底扎实，有活动策划及推广能力，对店铺后台系统的整套熟练操作，能快速的处理突发事件并快速执行力；
3.制定运营项目的推广、商品等计划；
4.负责对用户需求、市场需求和业务需求进行调研分析，不断优化产品，提高用户活跃度和黏性。随时关注竞争对手和用户的产品反馈，分析并提供应对方案改进相关产品；
5、大专以上学历，一年以上电子商务运营工作经验，化妆品类工作经验优先；
6、熟悉淘宝运营环境、懂得淘宝制定的交易规则、推广、网站广告资源；
7、负责完成公司下达的销售任务指标；

岗位职责：
1.淘宝资源的整合，负责并协调淘宝店铺的整体运营和日常管理；
2.制定月度销售任务及广告预算；
3.指定和执行相关营销方案，完成预期销售目标；
4.定期针对推广效果进行跟踪，评估，并提交推广效果的统计分析报表，及时提出营销改进措施，给到切实可行的改进方案。
