Duties:
1. AP Management. Payment application checking, invoice matching, AP booking and clearing etc; handling payments including staff reimbursement and bank transactions
2. Updating AR, issuing VAT invoices, updating invoice and sales records.
3. Accounting vouchers and documents filling.
4. Support internal & external auditors for the completion of annual statutory financial audits.
5. Other responsibilities assigned by the Accounting supervisor

Requirements:
Accounting or finance background. College Degree or higher
Good command of English, both oral and written
accounting system experience preferred
PC skill: good command of Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated with carefulness and initiatives.
Good communication skills and good team work spirits.
