Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries, orders and complaints;
• Enter order and arrange production planning;
• Arrange delivery and keep track of delivery information and respond to customers on time;
• Maintain sales record in regular basis and keep track customers receivable;
• Prepare monthly sales report and billing request;
• Acts as liaison between finance and business;
• Handle import and export, including log-book with the help from outsourcing service;
• Maintain relationship with local customs and forwarders;
• Maintain database record of customer profiles;
• Other tasks assigned by supervisors

Education & Experience

• Bachelor degree with at least two-year customer service experience. Work experience in International companies preferred. Sales experience will be a plus.

Required Skills

• English language ability is a must. French will be a plus.
• Knowledge of finance, international trading, production planning, logistic planning, ERP.
• Willing to travel in China Mainland

Soft Skills

• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Good time management skill, comfortable with peaks and valleys in work load.
