Job Description:

?Product Technical Specification Conformity as per the Product Definition agreed with Product Portfolio and Brands
?Deployment of the Product Definition in Sub-System Technical Specifications to be assigned to the various group leaders
?Product Development Micro-Planning
?Chair the DFMEA
?Chair the Design Review
?Assure the Respect of the Design Release Timing and Assure the Quality of the Design Release
?Product and Components standardization (de-proliferation)
?Technical execution of the Cost Reduction and Quality Improvement projects
?Respect of assigned R&D expenses and Technical Milestone Timing (Drawing release, Design Review, ..)
?Coordinate any external engineering support
?Build the product engineering team including functional group leaders and product line responsible


Profile:

?Degree preferably Master, engineering degree preferred
?8+ years of experience including some of the following areas: product engineering, product validation, design analysis/simulation and project management. Exposure to some of the following areas is beneficial: purchasing, quality, manufacturing and product management
?Preferred experience in off-highway sector and international exposure
?Significant experience working in management and leadership roles
?English language capability preferred
?Available for international travel and working from home outside of normal office hours
?Leadership skills, Interpersonal skills, Collaboration, Analytical and Problem Solving skills, Project Management Skills
?Need be tough and strong personality
?Capability to take charge of new product lines and technologies which may not be already known in the CNH China or even CNH Global portfolio
?Capable to function in a matrix organization, of interaction with both local and global counterparts and of managing areas of shared responsibility in collaborative manner
