1. Job Targets:
? Technical support for the Sales Department
? Teamwork with the Sales Engineers
? Expansion of technical competencies

2. Duties / Responsibilities:
? Customer Service (contact person for customers regarding technical support)
? To develop strong customer relationships through regular customer visits to understand their applications and development needs and to design in GGB product
? Close Cooperation with factory on technical matters.
? Clarification of technical customer requirements (technical contract review)
? Preparation of calculations and customer part drawings
? Checking of the technical feasibility
- dimensional inspection (check of completeness)
- bearing design
- to work on technical solutions
- to provide technical documents (life-time estimate, bearing dimensions, tolerance calculations etc.)
- to compile quality documents (technical requirement list, product risks, design-FMEA, APQP-status report, PPAP-documentation, IMDS-data base)
? Further development of the integrated Management System

3. Special Tasks:
? Co-operation in project groups
? To hold and to support internal technical trainings

4. Cooperation: With all relevant departments and partners - internally and externally - for accomplishing above tasks

5. Qualification:
? Engineering degree (mechanical)
? 2 years experience as application engineer or design engineer
? hands-on and good at problem solving
? familiar with Auto CAD or other design software
? good communication skill
? Good command of English
? Strong teamwork, good cultural awareness
? Willingness to travel
