Primary Job Responsibilities

熟悉政府机构规章流程Be familiar with authority department principles

能独立完成进出口流程Complete import and export logistics process independently

和相关部门合作执行物流工作Cooperate with relevant department to execute logistics work

监控和改善合作报关公司的日常绩效和， 月度费用核对与报销Monitor, control and improve forwarder daily performance, monthly charges and payment claims

1. 与采购小组和项目小组密切合作，确保进出口以及物流程序的顺利进行/This position works closely with procurement and project team, ensure smooth handling of import and export as well as logistic procedures

2. 与客户及有关权威机构共同处理进出口程序。发起并更新相关注册活动，按外部权威机构和公司内部部门要求保存文件/Handle import and export procedures with custom and other related authorities. Initiate and update relevant registration matters and keep documentations as required by external authorities and internal departments.

3. 必要时确定和监控进出口事宜的外部服务提供方/Identify and supervise external service providers for import/export matter if necessary.

4. 与财务部员工密切合作，处理外币和进出口税相关事宜/Handle foreign currency and import/export tax related matters via working closely with finance colleagues

5. 基于项目要求组织并管理运输事宜/Organize and manage transportation matters based on project requirement

6. 有效的进行内部、外部沟通从而密切监控进出口有关事宜的进展/Effectively communicate internally and externally to closely monitor the progress of import/export related matters

7. 熟悉保税手册操作流程， 有效及时地执行手册申请，更正和认证Familiar with bonded handbook handling process, effectively and timely execute bonded handbook application, correction and verification as well.

Job Requirements

1. 要求有国际贸易或相关学位，有进口/出口相关证件者优先/A degree of international trading or related required. Certificate related to import/export preferred

2. 良好的英文口语和书写能力/Good command of oral and written English

3. 熟悉国际事务和相关政府法规/Familiar with international practice as well as related governmental regulation

4. 在进出口有两年或以上经验/At least two-year experience in import/export experience

5. 具备良好的团队工作精神和沟通、合作技巧/Good team work spirit and strong communication and coordination skills
