Job Resonsibilities:
1. Represent internal and external customers in their projects;
- Plan quality actions for projects
- Ensure quality interface with customer.
- Create Quality Assurance files for new products from project launch to process qualification
- Give production personnel training for new products
- Conduct process audits for purchased parts at supplier plants
- Determine process qualification for purchased parts
- Carry out acceptation of Supplier IS and related Quality Assurance file.
- Create functional specifications of checking fixtures
- Guarantee conformity for all shipments of specific products before mass production (proto, IS, PRS)
- Participate in process audits for new products in production plant
- Create file for IS Presentation, present and justify it to customer.
- Check conformity and representativity of IS
- Guarantee conformity for Product / Process Quality Assurance project Reviews.
2. Manage main quality objectives in projects.
- Apply customer quality references and keep up-to-date with any changes.
- Provide customer standards training for project group members.
- Take necessary decisions for the optimization of results without changing initial data.
- Ensure effective use of “GDD” development guide.
3. Lead their activity.
- Establish appropriate action plans based on project objectives
- Follow quality indicators for their projects, implement corrective actions and communicate to project team.
- Provide reports and documents for activity.
- Facilitate implementation of IMS in projects
- Propose IMS developments related to their activity.

Requirements:
1.Over 5 years expperience in Quality field in Auto industry
2.Knows Plastic Product, 6 Sigma, Process Quality Control.
3.Strong English skills in both oral and written
4.Communication, articulate, inter-personal skills.
