职位描述

Qualification:

1. Associate college degree or above

2. Good communication and coordination skills, proactive, quick in mind and generous in behavior, being honest, careful and serious.

3. Have good sense of team work and high ability to solve problems.

4. Good command of English, skilled at office software: word, excel, PPT, etc.

5. At least 1 year of related sales assistant working experience, it would be better if worked in international freight forwarder industries.




Responsibility:

1. Assist to sales department, providing effective service to customers directly.

2. Help sales department keep contacting with other departments and being responsible to report to sales managers directly.

3. Maintain all kinds of files, documents and records of sales department, including performance reviews, S/L, customer profile, quotations etc.

4. Arrange and plan routine sales meetings, take meeting minutes and help push and check the implementation of the decisions.

5. Follow up the sales activities, maintain and monitor the SOP, make sure SOP is carried out correctly.

6. Cooperate with sales representatives to propose and provide practicable sales plans.

7. Being good liaisons of internal sales department as well as with the other departments.

8. Tabulate sales expenses and sales work handovers.

9. Help file sales reports, draw conclusions of good marketing and clients' information, finding out potential sales opportunities.

10. Keep in touch with operation department, tracking down the shipments status via Phoenix operations systems or any other tools.

11.Profit maximum base on customization

12.Space control(both space allocation & space protection) under TPEB strategy

13.Booking control (both booking forecast & booking trouble shooting)

14.Vessel & Voyage/Port/Schedule/Space allocation data maintain in interior system

15.Timely reports (Weekly report/Weekly Account Tracking (new/loss/top accounts/back-up option)

16.Account SOP knowledge and trend & priority

17.Relationship with contracted carriers especially core carriers

18.Information share & feedback to related departments

19.Carrier local charges tariff maintain and update

20.KPI for both Phoenix and Carriers (Allocation & Rollover & Shortfall)

21.Meeting, Training & Case study

22.Streamline interior booking procedure and function

23. Follow and implement Rate Team instruction.

24. Follow up on other sales management works handed over by superiors.

25. Working places: Foshan

Remarks: Not including accommodation & eating
