职位描述
Position : Assistant General Manager / Office Manager
Location : Fuzhou Office / China
Report to : Managing Director for Hongkong and South China
Job Purpose :
Develop and implement strategies, policies and processes to improve operations and service delivery to meet existing and future Company targets..
Key Accountabilities :
? Maintain an awareness of the best practice in office procedures and office developments in office technology to ensure the continued effective and efficient running of the office.
? Provide advice and guidance to managers and associates on all aspects of business transformation.
? Prepare business plans and monitor progress against these plans to ensure that the office attains its objectives as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible.
? Provide strategic advice and guidance to the General Manager – Shenzhen, to keep them aware of developments and to ensure that the appropriate policies are developed to meet the company’s objectives.
? Establish and maintain effective links with major customers, relevant government departments and agencies, local authorities, to exchange information and views and to ensure that the company is providing the appropriate range and quality of services.
? Maintain an awareness of any possible threats to the business and develop policies and processes that will provide for such contingencies.
Key Accountabilities :
? Negotiate with customers, suppliers, government departments and other key contacts to secure the most effective contracts terms for the company.
? Develop and maintain quality management system for the office to ensure that the best possible products and services are provided to customers.
? Prepare and monitor the implementation of the annual budget, ensuring that budget targets are met, that revenue flows are maximized and the fixed costs are minimized.
Job Requirements :
Preferred Education & Qualifications
? Educational Level : A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or other relevant field.
Expected Experiences
? Minimum 15 years working experience, preferable working at the multi-national , sourcing or trading company at senior management.
? Solid experience & knowledge on domestic and international market of merchandise & sourcing industry.
? Possess good office management experience is preferable and a good knowledge of office system.
? Have in-depth P&L knowledge.

? Language : Spoken Written
? Cantonese Fluent Intermediate Level
? English Fluent Advanced Level
? Mandarin Fluent Advanced Level
? Computer Skills : Words, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail system, Chinese Word Processing
