Purpose of position:
To be responsible for the purchase activities to achieve targets in cost, localization standard as well as the corporate requirements. Direct people to guarantee Direct Material, In-Direct Material, equipment & tooling and service, reaching efficient goals and service level assigned.

Responsibilities
1.To choose the best Supplier for new components
2.To follow the Purchasing Request received from all departments, starting the sourcing activity
3.To check the several quotations received from Suppliers, discussing on the price, guaranteeing the price definition and supply conditions
4.To ensure efficiency in terms of time and cost for purchased components, defining assignment percent and Suppliers mixed
5.To guarantee to follow the Company Purchase Procedures
6.To guarantee the specific request of various Departments which interested in, pushing the delivery from Supplier for urgent material
7.To propose new Suppliers and to update information on Company Supplier List

Qualifications:
1.College or University diploma holder with major in Mechanical Engineering or related;
2.5-year relevant working experiences preferrably in a Foreign Invested Company;
3.Good command of English in both Spoken and Written;
4.Necessary computer skill is needed.

Capabilities & Desired Characteristics:
1.Good communication and negotiation skill is required
