Project Management

Job Responsibilities
1. Leads the Project team to meet customer needs and to complete project objectives
2. Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling and Closing of the project (assignment)
3. Develop and maintain the Project-plan.
4. Lead and manage the execution of the project and request appropriate team-members.
5. Risk Management.
6. Change management, in particular escalation of significant scope change and specification change requests to the principal.
7. Fully responsible for project timing, specification (quality) and cost within the boundaries of the agreed assignment.
8. Achieve the agreed deliverables.
9. Communication management, including regular updates to the Principal, the project team and other key stakeholders. Spokesman for the project.
10. Take corrective action in case of conflicts and/or escalate issues to the appropriate responsible managers.
11. Report project status to the principal with regular intervals. This should include analysis of key issues (incl. critical path and bottlenecks) and an assessment of the likelihood of project success as well as key risks. It should include all relevant recommendations and requests to the principal needed to resolve the key issues.
12. Responsible to align project activities with all stakeholders

Job requirement
· Bachelor Degree or above, over 3 years work experience in EMS factory as product Engineer or PM, which should familiar with NPI project process.
· Candidates with good experience in program management
· Good communication and team work skill, Self-driven and motivation,
; Good English speaking and writing ability.
· Proper computer ability
· Good presentation skill

   路线2(昆山市区方向)： 科博馆-广元门诊-太湖路-木瓜路-东城大道金融大道口-浦园-蔡家-赵屯小学公交站-公司 (7:20--8:40)

   路线3(青浦城区方向)：世纪联华-清溪电影院-东方商厦-章浜-浦仓路-桂花园-青浦新城地铁站4号口-公司 (8:10--8:40)

2. 公司正常上班时间： 周一~周五 8:30--17:00 或 8:45--17:15
