岗位名称: Rubber Process Engineer
直接汇报经理: Process Manager
工作任务
? define and launch the processes improvement needed in the rubber workshop
工作职责
? Support production in case of process trouble (Quality issue, product performance not reached, Kosu improvement plan)
? Work with suppliers to improve rubber quality
? Work with Quality to define control plan and 1st part checking sheet
? Work with Purchasing for supplier contract preparation (technical specification)
? Manage the realization from quotation to final validation in the plant
? Make & update all documentation linked to process (PFMEA, Working Instructions, Process parameters setting)
? Train Production people
? Support Industrial engineer and Process PTM to perform the FDPR
? Contributor to Process PTM (knowledge of generic process, process specialist, help for respect of standards)
? Involved in rubber new projects
? Involved in rubber new projects validation
