General SUMMARY:

You will be joining a blended, experienced and successful agile development team who look after the development of a large scale web application called “Dashboard”. You will be involved in a lot of direct interaction with onshore developers, get a chance to practice XP pro

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Be responsible for development of large-scale web applications, including analysis, design, implementation, unit testing and documentation.

-Work with lead/senior developer on designing and developing technical solutions.

-Identify, fix and follow through deployment of critical technical problems.

-Peer Review on design, code, document delivered by team.

-Adhere to company’s engineering standards and best practices

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Competencies: Skills, knowledge, & abilities

Functional Competencies:

-Expertise and experience in Web application development with ASP.NET (C#, MVC, JQuery, JavaScript, MSTest, Qunit, Webservice)

-Expertise in rich internet applications is highly desirable

-Expertise and experience in OO design and programming

-Experience in TFS is preferred

-Experience in Agile especially Scrum environment is a strong plus

-Experience in TDD/BDD/Pair Programming/Continues Integration is a plus

-Experience in Marklogic or XML database is a plus

Interpersonal Competencies:

-Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working in a collaborative team.

-Excellent communication in English

-Embrace working in a stressful environment

-A passion for technology and an ambitious career outlook

2) Experience:

1-3 years experience in software development with 1 year experience of web application development using C# / ASP.Net
