工作职责：
? 设计、开发工具或系统实现自动化管理，提升系统性能和稳定性;
? 研究制定运维策略、预案和相关解决方案;
? 大容量数据转换，数据清理，并达到预定的数据交付标准；
? 设计，管理和支持SQL Server 2008大型数据库环境；
? 建立企业监控，故障排除和维护的最优方法，并不断进行完善；
? 设计，实施和维护脚本\程序\ SSIS，以达到自动整合外部来源数据的目的；
? 编写监测数据库系统和自动化常见任务的脚本；
? 为顾问\最终用户创建客户化报表；
? 监控和优化系统健康，运行和操作性能；
? 为最终用户和内部顾问提供技术支持.

任职要求：
? 本科学历，计算机科学或相关学科；
? 2年以上相关工作经验 – 应用程序开发\数据库开发；
? 精通T-SQL（存储过程）和SQL Server管理工具；
? 精通SQL Server集成服务和分析服务；
? 熟悉J2EE 或.NET开发（C＃，ASP.NET），和面向对象的程序设计；
? 胜任所有层级的N-tier Web应用开发；
? 掌握MS SQL Server的管理，性能优化和配置；
? 能够承受压力，应对不时出现的紧急任务和最后期限；
? 良好的中英文书面和口头沟通能力；
? 能独立工作并提供解决方案。

Description:
The application engineer requires a self-motivated, independent, and analytical individual to maintain the organization's proprietary database management system. The position is responsible for BI report development, enhancement, maintenance , as well as report operation, database administering and supporting, troubleshooting. He\she must be able to communicate to U.S. consultants fluently and like to make business trip to U.S. for couple of months per requirement.

Responsibilities:
- Build, enhance and maintain BI Reports ,
- Deliver BI reports to clients efficiently and accurately
- Deploy and maintain RSI BI products
- QA BI reports and cube
- Rollout new BI clients
- Administering and supporting a large database environment with SQL Server 2008
- Manage the integrity of data input/output and take corrective measures to address any inconsistencies
- Large volume data conversion, data cleansing, and upholding scheduled data delivery standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent discipline
- 2+ years of related experience – building and maintaining BI reports
- Proficient in T-SQL (Transactions, Stored Procedures) or MDX
- Familiar to SSAS,SSIS,CUBE, MDX, BI products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 2007 (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining SQL Server 2008 and web applications
