职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 负责每月的销售计划制定、执行与监督工作目标，每周评估工作进展；
2、 负责团队的建设和管理，做好部门人员的绩效考核评定管理工作，完成部门业绩指标及个人业绩指标；
3、 负责客户的开发和维护；
4、 对销售人员进行销售培训和指导，并帮助下级完成业绩指标；
5、 各类市场活动的策划、组织和执行；
6、 负责收集市场和行业信息；
7、 完成公司交办的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、 5年以上销售工作经验，有企业应用软件、互联网、云计算相关经历者优先； 2、 2年以上IDC，软件或云计算、VPS销售或相关销售工作，具有成功案例和客户资源者优； 3、 熟悉云计算主流技术发展趋势及行业市场情况者优先； 4、 熟悉企业信息化产品市场，有相应产品销售经验，了解云计算及主流产品技术； 5、 熟悉运营型产品的销售； 6、 善于与客户的高层交往、沟通，具备很强的市场拓展能力； 7、 思路清晰、敏捷，表达能力强，具有较强服务意识和竞争意识，有强烈的进取心，肯吃苦，能承受较大的工作压力，能积极面对工作挑战； 8、 良好的职业素质，高度的敬业精神，良好的团队合作意识； 9、 形象好，仪表整洁。
