job Description (Production) 职位描述 （驻厂工程师）

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
主要职责：

Onsite support product building in case of abnormal issues handling.

驻厂支持生产，处理生产异常。

Control product quality both on line and Pre-shipment inspection.
在线生产品质控制及出货前品质检验。
Working with CM/ODM factory to fulfill customer required delivery schedule;

同 CM/ODM 工厂合作，在交期内完成客户订单。
Planning, coordination, control and continuous improvement of production processes

同工厂协调生产计划，管控及持续改善生产工艺，流程。


Requirements (Knowledge/ Skills / Experience): 要求（技能 / 经验）
Have basic understanding of RF and familiar with Agilent 8960 machine.

对射频有基本的了解，熟悉Agilent 8960的使用
Be familiar with SMT process, box building and whole production manufacturing process and flow.

熟悉SMT工艺，后段整机及整个生产制造过程及流程。
Quality knowledge & sense is preferred.
熟悉品质管理知识及管控方法。

Bachelor degree and above; majoring in engineering/electronics;
本科以上学历，工程，电子相关专业。
More than 5 years experience in manufacturing industry, or work as PM, QE, PE, ME, TE before in a large international company.;
5年以上制造型工厂工作经验，或从事过PM, QE, PE, ME, TE等相关工作职位。
Can work under pressure, be willing to travel in domestic frequently.
能在压力下工作，可以在国内经常出差。
Positive work attitude and communication, able to work in a matrix organizational structure;
工作作风严谨，善于跨部门沟通，协作，完成工作任务。
Good in English Written skills, Oral is preferred.

英语书面优秀，口语良好。
