资格与工作经验要求：

1.28～45岁，性别不限。

2.五年以上零售商业或相关工作经历。对商业前期定位、规划有一定的了解，有丰富的客户资源,较强的谈判能力。

3.熟悉国内及南京的零售商业市场,有较强能力带领团队完成工作，对商业项目有一定的协调及管理的能力（管理过项目者优先考虑）。
