Job Descriptions:
- Provide expert analysis and consultancy on project test plan, including test strategy, test scenarios and detailed test cases .
- Responsible for assigning tasks and performance evaluation within the test team.
- Develop and maintain testing methodologies and standards.
- Execute test cases and document results for unit, system and integration testing.
- Ensure all business needs documented are adequately tested prior to going into the Production Environment.
- Coach and guide Junior testers.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as a Test Manager with hands-on experience with testing.
- Have a proven track record of working within a structured project environment.
- Strong understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) and confidence in working with people at all levels, including senior management.
