Job Summary
The HR Reporting –Senior Assistant supports the reporting function by creating timely, accurate reporting/analysis packages for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Report Delivery
- Produce monthly and quarterly HR reports compiling data from various source systems, ensuring all data is accurate and reports are delivered in a timely manner
- Research low to moderately complex data issues and suggest potential resolutions
- Assist with and respond to ad hoc requests from within and outside of immediate team providing either data requested or tools such as ad hoc queries that can be used by the requestor
- Manage own workload based upon a calendar of regularly scheduled reports
Teamwork
- Maximize the effectiveness of teamwork within the HR Service Centre by providing assistance to team leads or other team members in busy periods
- Regularly review and action incoming email enquiries as directed by the Specialist
Relationships
- Reports to: CFR Dalian HR Reporting Specialist
- Supervises: NA
- External Relationships: HR services providers – as appropriate
- Education: Undergraduate degree.
- Work Experience: 1+ year’s experience

Knowledge/Skills Requirements
- Strong technical & analytical skills (Excel and Access are examples).
- Ability to utilize support applications
- Strong understanding of Accenture organization data architecture
- Attention to detail
- Strong organization skills
- HR process background
- Ability to function effectively as a team member
- Ability to escalate issues promptly
- Ability to work for multiple HR leaders
- Good oral and written communication skills
