Assistant incoming inspection management for Mechanical material, responsible for machine maintenance and support SQA engineer to qualify new mechanical material in PPAP process.

协助对机械性原材料进行进料检验管理并协助SQA工程师对新的机械性材料在PPAP阶段进行认可

Main Tasks 主要职责

1.Implement the incoming inspection for Mechanical material based on SQA3027 Incoming Inspection Procedure, especially for Cleanliness testing and Metrology Measurement.

根据进料检验程序对机械材料进行检验和处理, 着重清洁测试及机械尺寸测量。

2.Be responsible for machine maintenance and 5S

负责设备的维护及5S.

3.Record the data into SAP based on Inspection Plan.

根据检验计划将数据输入SAP

4.Record trace code into MAMA system

将材料追溯信息输入MAMA 系统

5.Assistant for the discrepancy material handling in production and IQC

协助对生产线及进料检验时发现的异常材料的处理,

6.Support SQA engineer to qualify new mechanical material in PPAP process.

协助SQA工程师对新的机械性材料在PPAP阶段进行认可。
