岗位描述：
单证操作与管理
主动与货代联系、确认货物到达信息。
就货物情况向国外客户准确发送预报，并能及时回复国外客户所有相关业务及报价邮件。
监督货物状态直至运到目的地，第一时间与客户确认一切相关的费用。
任职要求：
吃苦耐劳、积极上进、踏实肯干、责任心强、善于与人沟通，有较强的组织能力与团队合作精神。在商务英语的听、说、读、写、译方面有优势。熟练使用OFFICE办公软件来处理办公事务;熟练掌握WINDOWS等操作系统的使用和维护，能合理有效地充份利用网络资源。懂得报关流程有证者和货代操作经验者优先。
