Responsibilities:

Setup injection molding machines in the facility

Setup injection molding machine programs for products

Analyze and solve issues of injection molding products and processes.

Continuously Optimize machine/program parameters in production

Make machine work instructions for production

Train operators

Qualifications:

Experience with operating diverse injection molding machines

Be familiar with injection molding machine structure and its accessories

Be familiar with program setup and debug

Knowledge of Plastic properties and processing parameters.

Over 3 years experience in injection molding industry

Trouble shoot machine issues

Good knowledge on countermeasures to injection plastic defects

Good English communication skills

Good Health
