Major Responsibilities:

主要职责：

- Responsible for overall projects operation and installation management on jobsite, including schedule, cost, quality and safety.

-负责管理所有项目的现场运作及安装施工，包括项目计划、成本控制、质量控制和安全管理；

- Ensure the project success with right engineering methods, staying within the approved budget, fulfill requested time and measure up to the pre-specified quality;

-采用恰当的技术方法，在核准预算内，保证项目质量及工期，确保项目顺利完成。

- Define, evaluate and prepare engineering standard, scope of work, materials and equipment of the projects;

-明确项目施工范围，评估施工标准，及准备施工材料和设备；

- Manage budget estimation and cost calculation as well as schedule and risk management for the preparation of appropriate requests;

-为相关项目制定费用预算，成本核算，施工进度计划及风险管理；

- Responsible for selection and evaluation of Sub Contractors and Suppliers;

-负责筛选、评估分包商及供应商；

- Involve in technical procurement procedures

-参与技术设计流程；

- Communicate with clients, especially the technical team of the clients

-与客户交流，特别是客户的技术团队；

- Report to General Manager (English language);

-向总经理报告（英语）；

- Perform leadership and direction in National Project Department;

-领导管理整个中国项目部门；

- Cooperate closely with sales and application team;

-与销售及技术团队紧密合作。

Requirements:

职位要求：

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent, Master’s degree is a plus;

- 本科学历，机械专业或电气工程设备或类似专业，硕士学历优先；

- Working Experience: At least 4 years of good proven working experience in project management, in building construction field; within international projects environment is a plus;

- 4年以上项目管理或房屋建筑领域的成功工作经验，有国际项目背景者优先；

- Knowledge of project management, contractor management, engineering design and planning, execution, acceptance, etc;

- 具备项目管理，承包商管理，技术设计和计划，操作，验收等方面的知识；

- Good skills in designing software and project management related software;

- 能熟练使用设计软件和项目管理有关的软件；

- High sense of responsibility, well organized with teamwork spirit and sense of confidentiality;

- 具有高度的责任心及团队精神，工作有条理，保密意识强；

- Sufficient managerial, organizational, leadership and communication skills;

- 具有较强的管理、组织、领导及沟通能力；

- Good business sense and business oriented mindset;

- 具有良好的商业意识和商业导向心态；

- Excellent communication and organization skills.

- 出色的沟通组织能力；

- Fluent-written & oral English;

- 英语说写流利；

- Willing to travel.

- 愿意出差。
