This role is to
? Support daily processing on Import LC issuance, Import documents checking and payment, Financing, Guarantee handling, FI transactions etc.
? Client contact
? Assist team leader in the daily work / back up of the team leader.
? Assist team leader to ensure process quality in the daily work
? Handle LC issuance, documents checking, import payment, guarantee, financing, Banker Acceptance Draft issuance and discounting, FI financing etc.
? Communicating with internal and external clients on transactional basis and answer the queries.
? Do the daily/monthly reconciliation
? Irregular case handling
? Monitor the performance of GOI and report to team leader
? Join the procedure work out or reviewing
? Join the regional/local project
? Join the new product/new client on boarding discussion if necessary
? Assist team leader to ensure process quality, standardisation in the daily work.
? Daily processing compliance with local regulations and internal guidelines. Minimise the errors and complaints.
? Monitor the performance of GOI and report the issues to team leader.
? Maintain the good relationship with internal and external clients.

Qualification Required:
? at least 3 years experience in trade services
? 4-5 years relevant experience with a foreign bank for Trade operations.
? University degree
? Familiar with Import and Export Trade Products
? Familiar with SAFE & PBOC regulations and reporting
? Preferable in Economics/Finance
? Prefer to Pass CDCS
? Good written and spoken English
? Good command of Microsoft office
? Communication skill
? Sense of responsibility and diligent attitude
? Quick learner, eager to learn
